We collect information you provide through our website forms, calls, emails and service agreements, including your name, company, email address, phone number, jobsite details and delivery details.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to inquiries, schedule site walks, dispatch and complete deliveries, send delivery and scheduling updates, invoice for services and provide customer support.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you opt in to receive text messages from Globii, we will use your mobile number to send delivery confirmations, driver ETAs, proof-of-delivery details, scheduling messages and customer service replies. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared with service providers who help us deliver our services (such as our messaging platform), and only for that purpose.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate our business, or when required by law.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
